Kinesiology Tape by Ortho Movement is developed in order to improve receptive input and increase coordination to enhance performance. It is stretchable and water resistant.

HOW TO USE

• Cut corners in a rounded shape to avoid the tape from peeling off.
• Use at least 5 lines in each cut, please notice cutting marks under the tape.
• To preserve the effectiveness off the adhesive, use the back cover to handle the tape.
• Rub the tape to activate the adhesive after placing it.
• Do not remove the tape while showering or bathing.
• The stickiness last from 3 to 6 days, discard once removed.
