Easy to Use: Remove the plastic film and apply the pad right behind the main joints under the forefoot for optimal relief and support. The sticky surface beneath holds the pad in place.

Usage and Care

Remove the insole from your footwear and place the met pad in the center of the insole towards the front. The pad shall be placed behind the main joints under the forefoot for optimal relief and support.
Remove the plastic film, the pad’s sticky surface holds it in place. Metatarsal pads are always bought in pair adapt to right and left forefoot. Please notice the right and left marks on top cover.
If it gets dirty and loses its sticky surface, it can be washed with lukewarm water and mild soap solution.
Replace pads when signs of wear are visible.
